Final Sale, Returns & Order Changes
All apparel, headwear, accessories, limited drops, made-to-order items, sale items, bundles, and promotional purchases sold by CROSSEDØUT are FINAL SALE unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, exchanged, or refunded because of size, fit, style preference, buyer's remorse, accidental purchase, refused delivery, or shipping delays outside our direct control.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all product descriptions, measurements, materials, and size guidance before checkout. If you are between sizes or need clarification, contact support before ordering.
If an item arrives materially damaged, defective, or incorrect, notice must be sent within 7 days of confirmed delivery with the order number, clear photos of the packaging and item, and a short description of the issue. We may request additional evidence, a return authorization, or return/destruction of the affected item before issuing any remedy.
Any approved remedy is limited to replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion when replacement is unavailable or otherwise required by law.
